2. Management
3. Invest Factors

For us to take an initial interest a potential client must have a product or service that is unique, innovative, scalable, and has the potential to be a leader in a large category. However, a great product or service is not enough. Our confidence in the management and stewards of the company must be a key factor in our interest. Once a potential client has excited us with their product/service and company we still need to see tremendous risk/reward opportunity based upon investment factors that might include things like market conditions, valuation, impending events, etc., or what we sometimes refer to as “special situations.” When a potential client meets all three of these qualifications it can make for an extraordinary investment opportunity and something we might therefore eagerly share with our investors.
